「外国人患者様サポート専門部署」を設けました。
診察や治療の安全・正確さはもちろん、治療効果の向上にも力を入れています。
We have established a "Special Support Department for Foreign Patients" that can provide support in English, French, Russian, and Chinese so that patients coming to our hospital from overseas can receive examinations and treatments smoothly and with peace of mind without being confused by language barriers or cultural differences.

coming to our hospital from overseas can receive examinations and treatments smoothly and with peace of mind, without having to worry
about language barriers or cultural differences. We are committed to not only ensuring the safety and accuracy of
examinations and treatments, but also to improving the effectiveness of treatment.
※当院では海外の保険会社と提携を結んでいないため、患者さんご自身で前もって
保険会社に保険適用・保険不適用のご確認をおこなってください。
*As our hospital does not have partnerships with overseas insurance companies,
patients are required to check in advance with their insurance company whether or not a treatment will be covered by their insurance.
Medical Interpretation 医療通訳
日本語が母国語でない場合は、医療通訳のサービスを利用できます。
（英語、フランス語、ロシア語、中国語）
対面通訳で対応できない場合は、WEB対面通訳で対応することがあります。
※診療時の通訳について
診療時の通訳を行うことは、医療知識・医療用語の不足による誤訳などのおそれがあるため、当院専属スタッフの外国人腰痛コーディネーターがサポートを行います。
If Japanese is not your native language, you can use our medical interpretation service (English, French, Russian, Chinese).
If we are unable to provide a face-to-face interpretation, we may provide an online face-to-face interpretation.
*About interpretation during medical treatment: As interpretation during medical treatment can lead to mistranslations due to a lack of medical knowledge and terminology, our dedicated foreign back pain coordinator will provide support.
Visiting Japan for medical treatment 治療目的の訪日について
当院は医療滞在ビザ取得は必要ありません。
No medical stay visa is required for our clinic.
Visiting Japan for medical treatment 身分証明書、加入している保険のご確認
受診の際は、写真付きの身分証明書（パスポート）、加入している日本の保険証を確認させていただきます。
※この確認は診察や検査の際に患者さまの取り違い事故を防止するためです。
When you visit the hospital, we will ask you to show a photo ID (passport) and your Japanese health insurance card.
*This is to prevent any misunderstandings with patients during consultations or examinations.
Regarding medical expenses (fee calculation) 医療費（料金計算）について
当クリニックでは、「日本国籍を有さず、日本国内で有効な公的健康保険を有しない患者さん」の医療費は診察のみとなった場合は、1点10円計算となります。
At our clinic, medical expenses for patients who are not Japanese nationals and do not have valid public health insurance in Japan will be calculated at 10 yen per point if the consultation is the only medical treatment.
Issuance of medical certificates, referral letters, and other documents in foreign languages 外国語の診断書、紹介状などの文書発行について
外国語の診断書、紹介状の発行は原則一部16,500円（税込み）になります。
外国語の文書発行には時間がかかる場合があります。
英語・中文・フランス語・ロシア語以外の言語への翻訳や他医療機関発行の文書の翻訳は扱っておりません。
As a general rule, the issuance of medical certificates and referral letters in foreign languages will cost 16,500 yen (tax included).
Issuing documents in foreign languages may take some time.
We do not provide translations into languages other than English, Chinese, French, or Russian, or translations of documents issued by other medical institutions.
